How can I charge my smartphone in the ConnectedRide Cradle?

Your smartphone will automatically be charged inductively if it supports the QI standard for inductive charging and this is activated.

 
Alternatively, or for smartphones that do not support inductive charging, a USB-C cable can be connected to the ConnectedRide Cradle, which can be used to charge the smartphone. As soon as a USB cable is connected, inductive charging is automatically switched off. Simultaneous inductive and USB charging is therefore not possible because this is not supported by smartphones.

Note:
You can switch off inductive charging as follows:

1. Click on Your Connections in the "Connectivity" Hub.
2. Click on your cradle under "Connected Devices".
3. Scroll down to switch off inductive charging.
