The rear frame bag is bolted to the rear frame instead of the side panel.
The bag uses the screw-on points and the screws on the side panel. Proceed as follows to attach the rear frame bag to the R 1300 GS Adventure:
Open the installation zip fastener on the frame bag to access the screw holes
Insert the screw with the washer "M6x20x3.5" from the inside through the screw holes in the bag.
Insert the washer "M6x16" around the screw from the outside. Use the liquid screw lock "Locktite blue medium strength" for securing.
Screw the rear frame bag onto the R 1300 GS Adventure. The optimum tightening torque is 3 Nm.
Note: The scope of delivery includes 2 versions each of the washers "M6x16x3.5" and "M6x20x3.5".
