On your BMW Motorrad, to optimally control audio volume during music playback or phone calls, it's recommended to set the volume control on the smartphone to maximum (see also music volume too low and phone call volume too low).
The desired control of the volume during the ride is then possible directly via the volume control of the communication system or via the Multi-Controller (for BMW Motorrad communication systems).
Note: On the most smartphones the media volume and the telephony volume can be set separately. For more detailed information, please refer to the operation manual of your smartphone.
