If you plan to transport the BMW CE 02 motorcycle during your holiday, please make sure to activate the transport mode. This will deactivate the anti-theft alarm (DWA) system, preventing it from being triggered by any strong movements or vibrations that may occur during transport.
To activate transport mode, please press the BMW button on your radio-operated key once and a second time within 30 seconds:
If the turn indicator lights up 3 times, the DWA is deactivated and transport mode is activated.
You can also remove the batteries for easier transport. This reduces the vehicle weight by approx. 26 kg. Here you can find out how to remove the batteries.
