A route is a sorted sequence of waypoints. The routing between the waypoints of a route is defined by the "routing options" and the "avoidances", which you can set in the "Routing options" menu.
Depending on the routing options, the routing between waypoints will vary. If you deviate from the suggested route, the ConnectedRide Navigator will attempt to route you back to the current waypoint until you skip the waypoint.
