Immediately after switching on the Navigator, a pop-up window is displayed on the home screen: "A new update is available". It is best to click directly on the pop-up to be redirected to the corresponding menu item "System updates".
In the best case, you should now connect to Wi-Fi to "check for updates" or download the software update first and install it after confirmation. After you have carried out the update, the following text should be displayed: "Your device is up to date".
If you want to check whether your ConnectedRide Navigator is up to date with the latest software, please go to "Settings > System > System update" and check the system update display. Please bear in mind that we are constantly developing the Navigator software and that the best possible functionality of the Navigator can only be ensured if the device is up to date.
