As a rule, the operating system of the smartphone gives priority to telephone calls. This means that applications like our BMW Motorrad Connected app are closed or moved to the background.
Unfortunately we are unable to influence this setting in the operating systems of smartphones – we recommend that after conducting a phone conversation while riding you stop for a moment when it is safe to do so and restart the Connected app.
