Please firstly check whether the cradle is connected. You can recognise this by the fact that the cradle is visible as connected in the "Connectivity Hub" in the BMW Motorrad Connected app, or the operating elements of the app are highlighted in blue in the Cradle Mode.
If you are riding a motorbike with a TFT display, check whether the interface focus is correctly selected.
In "Pure Ride" mode, "TFT" is highlighted in colour in the upper left corner of the TFT display.
By pressing and holding the menu button upward, you can change the interface focus to the cradle. Then "NAV" is highlighted in colour in the upper left corner of the TFT display and the cradle can be operated via the Multi-Controller.
