What can I do if my ConnectedRide Navigator stops responding?

If the screen is "frozen", the device no longer responds or other problems occur, there can be many reasons for this. Please follow this instruction to restart the Navigator:
  1. Take the device out of the navigation holder.
  2. Switch it off with a long press on the button at the back of the device.
  3. Restart the ConnectedRide Navigator – again by pressing the button on the back of the device.

After this "hard reset", the Navigator should work perfectly again. Also, always make sure to use the latest software version! You can find this under "Settings > System > System update". There you can see whether you have already installed the current software version.
