What if my current position is not recognised by the ConnectedRide Navigator?

If your position is not recognised, then the Navigator lacks GPS reception.

 
Please go outside with the device so that the view of the sky is unobstructed. Now the Navigator can connect to a GPS satellite and determine your current position.
