Why don't I see any statistics in the navigation data of my completed journeys with my BMW motorbike in the Navigator or in the app?

It often happens that the ‘Journey recording’ option is deactivated in the navigator or in the app. To check this, go to the "More" menu and select "Trip settings" menu. The option "Ride recording" must be active.
