Can I use the BMW Motorrad Navigator V independently of my motorcycle, for instance in the car?

Yes, this is possible. The only requirement is that the Navigator IV has the software version 4.90 or later.

If necessary, the software on the Navigator IV can be updated via WebUpdater.
